Designed for students at Georgia Tech, The Art Square Residents provides a community for the students living there. Each floor is designed to the degrees and hobbies of the students where a makers space is provided for them. with the makers space, various community spaces and garden spaces are placed on each floor, with larger community spaces connect the various pockets of neighborhoods. The green roof entrance is above the dinning hall provided for both the students and the community. The art Square as a whole looks to bring the north side of campus together with the existing neighborhood through art and green walkways. The main entry to the site is from North Avenue, which connects to Tech Tower, the true entry point of Tech.
